Combo 1
- (1-4) Step knee travellig forwards x2
- (5-8) Mambo cha cha cha travelling to back of room turning to face right side
- (9-12) 3 Walks and a kick (to right side of room)
- (13-16) Chasse backwards x2 turning to face the front
- (17-24) Double hamstring curl and V-step
- (25-32) Tap and touch* (option: leap and hop**)
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-8) Grapevine ending with 3 alternating inner thigh lifts
- (9-16) Kick and rock*** x2
- (17-20) 3 Walks and knee towards left corner
- (21-24) Repeat last line travelling backwards
- (25-32) Side lunge facing front x4 (option: springing lunge****)

Combo 3
- (1-8) Single, single, double scoop
- (9-16) Hamstring curl x4
- (17-32) Double heel and rm combo (1) left heel forwards, hands crossed on shoulders (2) feet together, arms high V (3) left heel to side, hands crossed on shoulders (4) feet together, arms low V, (5) right heel forwards, arms crossed on shoulders, (6) feet togetherm arms high V, (7) right heel to side, arms crossed on shoulders, (8) feet together, arms low V (9-16) Repeat

Explanations
*Tap and touch - (1-2) step touch left, (3-4) side lunge right, (5-6) step touch right, (7-8) side lunge left
**Leap and hop (high impact version of above move) - (1-2) leap left, (3-4) hop on left foot lifting right leg to side, (5-6) leap right, (7-8) hop on right foot lifting left leg to side
***Kick and rock - (1-2) step left and kick right leg facing right corner, (3-4) reverse mambo, (5-6) step right and kick left leg facing left corner, (7-8) reverse mambo
****Springing lunge - (1) - lunge left leg to side, (&2) run feet together right left, (3) lunge right leg to side, (&4) run feet together left, right, (5-8) repeat
