Boxerfit pattern 1
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16552)
- Front kick lead leg (right) to the front (2 counts)
- Side kick lead leg (right) to the right (2 counts)
- Bob and weave (or duck or fortress block with lead leg) to the left (2 counts)
- Cross left (to the front) (2 counts)
- Jab right, twice (4 counts)
Switch to the opposite side for last counts, jumping to other lead leg, or stepping for lower impact version
I usually do a couple rotations through, then double the speed once they have the combination down.
