32 Count, horizontal, tapless (kinda)
* I introduce it as a step and tap left foot on right corner of step (1) right foot taps floor off side of step (2) right foot crosses back to home (3) left foot down home (4) right foot on left corner of step (5) left foot taps floor off side of step (6) left foot crosses back to home (7) right foot down home (8) repeat 1-8
To increase intensity I change it to the slam. Jump into squat position with left foot on right corner of step and right foot on floor (1-2) right foot crosses back to home (3) left foot down home (4) jump into squat position with right foot on left corner of step and left foot on floor (5-6) left foot crosses back to home (7) right foot down home
** Left foot steps up (1) right knee lifts..as you lift turn to face east, or right side of step (2) right foot down off short side of step (3) left foot down off short side (4)
*** Left foot steps up (should be off short end facing east down the bench) (1) right foot swings behind (turn to face back of room) (2) right foot down off other short end (3) left foot down off short side (now off short end facing west down the bench) (4)
