Great cooldown after step
This is a
Step pattern from

(pattern 16556)
Facing a horizontal step, this is a great cooldown and self-reversing
- Tap corner to corner (right/left) (8 counts)
- On floor, turn to left and march up 3, back 3 (8 counts)..you will be parallel with your bench
- With a right lead, head over the top of your bench 3 times (12 counts)
- Walk around the end of your bench, left foot (4 counts)
You will end up back where you started on a left lead ready to tap corner to corner
I usually run through this about 3 times to get my class cooled down before abs, it flows pretty good!
