Aquatic Cool down

Aquatic pattern from

I haven't seen much in the way of cool down here so I thought I would throw one in for ya! I am very new in aqua so in taking notes in different classes this is a great cool down. Using the noodle:
- Rotate your hips (like a hula hoop) noodle out in front
- Rotate noodle side to side, arms out in front (rotating upper body)
- Ankle on noodle-rotate ankle
- Slide leg out in front-reaching arms out in front
- Slide leg out to side
- Slide leg to the back-reaching out wide
Repeat other side
- Right/left quad stretch with noodle bring leg back, bent to your butt
- Right/left calf stretch-put mid/upper foot on top of noodle
- Right/left ankle/knee stretch (sitting on noodle)
- Bring noodle out in front-round out your back
- Bring noodle over your head-side stretch (rotating side to side)
- Let go of noodle...
- Relax...
- Roll shoulders/elbow roll/full arm roll one at a time
Deep breath 3 times and you are done!
