Tif's Fave Four

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16559)

I have been using this site for a few years now so as most everyone says, thank you and now I'll try to give a little back.

Moves will be described below because I know we all have different names for things. Counts for each move in parentheses

Ok now comes the hard part. Descriptions can be difficult because we all work at different gyms and call things different names so I'm going to do my best and hopefully you'll understand.

* A slam is like corner to corner knees but instead of knees you tap your toe. So it goes right up (1) left tap (2) walk walk (3,4) left up (5) right tap (6) walk walk (7,8). We like to hop up and when we tap add a clap.

** Knees on top. step right on bench facing left (1) left knee up and clap (2), step left (3), right knee up and clap (4), hop straddle down and hold (5,6), 2 hops back (7,8)

*** Same as over the top without a tap. Starting as always with right lead. You should be at the bottom end of your bench in a straddle position. From here you'll go right up left up in a diagonal motion toward the opposite upper corner (1,2), take it like 1/2 a revolve in a diagonal position letting the right hip lead you in that half circle, meaning when you get off the bench you take 2 steps while turning to the left (3,4), next do two jacks (5,6,7,8)

From here you do the reverse V to get back on the front of the bench and a corner abductor gets you on the other lead to go back through it for another 32 counts.

I always teach 3 combos and rotate a new one in each week so I have a lot more in my books that we have enjoyed. If you liked this one let me know and I'll post a few more.

Thanks for reading I hope it made sense. If not you are welcome to email me.
