Friday Fun Workout

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16561)

Hi - I have been learning from everyone and now it is time to give back. I used this music mix in a combination Cycling & Strength class. It kept everyone moving and singing!

Cycling:

When I add strength to cycling we only ride for 20 minutes. Then put the bikes away and grab the free weights for a total body strength workout.
