Hi. I have used so many of your great ideas, I feel it is time to give back. Here is an easy, fun, self-reversing pattern for your step classes.
- Corner to corner knees (8 count)
- Triple knee (8 count)
- Split basic (8 count)
(self reverses to other side)
- Corner to corner abductions (8 count)
- Triple abductions (8 count)
- Over the top and back or scissor over one time (8 counts)
(self reverses to other side)
- Corner to corner glute squeezes (8 counts)
- Triple glute squeeze (8 counts)
- Lunges around the world (16 counts)
(self reverses to other side)
* Split basic: right foot up on the step, left foot up on the step, right foot lunges back, left foot lunges back and returns to step, then right foot and left foot step down to floor.
