Warm up
- Mountain
- Circle arms with breath
- Standing mermaid flowing with breath x4 right, left then hold on right
- Repeat from the circle arms add standing mermaid flowing left, right x4 hold left
- Mountain
- Fold
- Rag doll up x4
- Add standing chest expansion
- Rag doll up
Block 1
- Mountain
- Fold
- 1/2 Lift
- Fold
- Now add the next 2 moves and repeat only the 2 moves 4x
- Then hold each for a few breaths
- Plank
- Downward dog
- Now return to block 1
- And repeat adding 2 moves in between plank and downward dog
Block 2
- Plank
- Chartarunga
- Updog
- Downward dog
- Repeat block 2 in a flowing motion x4
- Then hold each for a few breaths
- Rest in ext child for a few breaths
Block 3
- Plank
- Chartarunga
- Updog
- Downward dog
- Pigeon on the right hold and breathe
- Now transition to firebird hold and breathe
- Mermaid
- Gate
- Back to mermaid to plank
- Repeat block 3 on left
- Plank
- Chartarunga
- Upward dog
- Downward dog step into wide straddle
Block 4
- Fold
- 1/2 Lift
- Ext. angle
- Crescent shift back
- Kneeling ham stretch
- Return to the beginning of block 4 changing lead
Final
- Ext. child to cow 4x
- Ext child
- Cat
- Upward dog
- Locust
- Updog
- Downward dog
- 4x
- Go to final relaxation
