Aquatic speed

I teach my aquatic class in a circle and I do not teach in 32 counts. I continue a move until I feel it is time to move on.
After a warm up the class format is as follows:
- 1. simple move done at regular speed
- 2. simple move done double time
- 3. stop the legs and just double time the arm movement of the simple move.
Simple moves I use are:
- Jacks
- Cross country ski
- Stright leg kicks
- Jog
- High knees
- Side kicks
- Jump rope
