- Squats right (quad step) 8
- March forward twice 8
- March back twice 8
- 4 Toe taps to left side 8
- (spin in 360) Go left

- Double double step touch right and left 16 (double double!!)
- Lunge back left right 8 times
- Lunge to the side while moving forward 4 times
- Lunge to the side while moving back sinlge single double
- Jog on the spot 16 counts, arms up up side side round round clap clap. 64 count self-reversing combo
#3
- Step right double step left double knee moving forward
- Step touch back 4
- 1/2 Grapevine left
- Knees single single double moving back and turning to the front
- Now you are on your left

- Double grapevine right and left
- 4 Knees (360)
- 4 Knee repeater, go left
