This routine is taught as one big masters class style routine:
Beats 1-2 Beats 3-4 Beats 5-6 Beats 7-8
Block # 1
- 1. Walk forward and back
- 2. Pivot turn 2 times 2 heel raises
- 3. Double grapevine right---> (right)
- 4. Double grapevine left<--- (left)
Block # 2
- 5. Corner up to front right corner (right) (corner) see video directions below
- 6. Corner back just repeat movement to get back to your start end facing right-wall
- 7. Scoop forward (4 touches up)
- 8. 4 Heel raises low impact style
Block # 3
- 9. Diagonal grapevine back right diagonal grapevine back left
- 10. Pump right and left see photo directions
- 11. 2 Hops backwards right/left arm pushes step right-foot back-turn 2 hop in place to back wall
- 12. 4 Kicks forward to back wall
Block # 4
- 13. Pendulum cross right---> see photo directions
- 14. Pendulum cross left<--- see photo directions
- 15. Double right-knee cross r-pivot turn to front step right foot forward and clap as you step left together
- 16. Lunge right out and in 2 claps lunge left out and in 2 claps
