Simple 16
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

Here's a 16 count that involves multiple side-kicks, my favorite kick to manipulate in combos:
- Retreat - advance hook (in fight stance, leading arm throws the hook) (4)
- Alternating sidekicks (lead with same direction as hook) (4)
- 4 Overhead block-jacks (8)
I usually start with the retreat/advance hook and add on the kicks after 1.5 - 2 phrases of music, continue the 8 count version for up to 8 reps before adding the blocks, and go through the whole thing for about 4 complete reps.
