This is an
Abs pattern from

(pattern 16541)
You will need: step bench (2 high), resistance band
- Put resistance band under the bench
- Sit on end of bench
- Put resistance band handles on top of feet
- Lay back on the bench
- Finger tips to ears
- Nose to ceiling
- Legs in a 90 degree angle
- Keep shoulders off of the bench to engage abs
- Lift legs up to ceiling slowly (2 & 4 counts)
- Lower legs with complete control (2 & 4 counts)
- Hold legs for 10 seconds at 90 degrees after each set of 12 leg lifts and lowers
- It is essential that the legs are controlled when lowered
- Do not hold legs with hands in any fashion
- 3 Sets
