Slow Jacks

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16544)

Begin with right lead for the L-step on the west end moving to the east end. Go back to west end as if to begin another L-step, but this is where you begin the "slow jacks". The count breakdown for slow jacks is below:

Now repeat slow jacks with left lead on east end of bench. If hopping across the bench is too intense for some, you can suggest a grapevine on the floor behind the bench to move to the other end. (My cue during the third slow jack is "over the top or grapevine".) Your arms go up with the leg extension and down for the squat to give the appearance of a regular jumping jack. The 2 single knees and 1 triple knee will get you ready to repeat the combo on the left lead.

This is my first entry; I hope it is clear. I am a new instructor and have enjoyed getting ideas and learning new patterns from this site.
