- Start out in mountain pose
- Add breath to flowing arms
- Inhale, circle overhead
- Exhale, slide arms down prayer position @ heart center
- Add 1/2 moon lateral stretch
- Mountain
- Roll down into a forward fold
- Roll up back to mountain
- Repeat 4-6 x
Block 1
- Mountain
- Roll down to fold
- Walk out to plank
- Walk in and roll up
- 4-6x
Block 2
- Mountain
- Roll down to fold
- Walk out to plank
- Drop knees and push back to ext. child
- Cat to cat lift aka cow
- Ext child
Block 3
- Cat lift to downdog cat. Explanation: downdog position lift heels rounding spine as you lower knees to mat back to cat lift rippling through
- Ext child
Block 4
- Song bird right leg add bow aka 2 count down 2 count up push up now hold bow hover like position
- Push up and extend left arm into spinal balance
- Ext child
Repeat series from block 3 when you get to block 4 repeat with left leg. Rest in child
- Downdog
- Walk back to fold
- Roll up and step out to
- Sunflower
- Plie squat arms heart center prayer position
- Pull in to first position pilates stance
- Plie down and up
- Relevate lift heels
- Step out wide plie alternating sides starting right x8
- Plie out to right only x8
- Pull into first position plie down and up
- Relevate lift heels
- Step out left wide plie alternating sides
- Plie out on left only x8
- Anchor down wide stance
- Arms circling up inhaling exhaling slide down through heart center
- Triangle
- Warrior 2
- Flowing one move into the other 4-6x
- Center with breath to regroup
- Repeat adding ext angle
- Back to warrior 2
- Triangle center with breath now repeat on other side
- Crouch position lowering tail to mat
- Roll back to supine position
- Bridging
- Knees to chest
- Corpse for final relaxation
