I've done this choreo to Pussycat Doll's "Don't cha". It's super duper mega easy but quite nice with the right music.
I tell the class to just relax, move their hips and let the arms just hang there... focus on getting your breath back and hearth rate down. Since this is a cool down I'm not too fuzzed about doing everything in a very organised way, but this is sort of how it goes (3. is the final combo!):
Start by marching to / from in half tempo a few times (16 counts each time).
Then change it to:
Then change it to:
You can change leads on the V-step, by doing one right and one left. When they learn the routine I get them do turn 90 degrees when we do the V-step, and then we move around the room.
In my classes I continue with a body sculpting session after the cool down, so the last few times I run through the combo I make them do squats on the step touches and grapevines.
WOULD LOVE MORE COOLDOWN ROUTINES IN HERE, by the way!!!!
Email me for any questions! :)
