Obstacle Course

This was a pretty fun way to change up a typical boot camp class. We have a small aerobics floor with four sides so I set up to look like this...

To start out the class I made up moves to do for each wall and its corresponding equiptment. You do all four walls in a cycle 3 times through as fast as possible then meet in the middle of the floor to jumprope 3-5 minutes.

While the class is jumproping I ask a different member to think of another exercise to do for each wall. Some of the ideas were as follows:

After each circuit (three times through each wall) we meet in the middle again to jumprope 3-5 minutes. Then different members made up other exercises for each wall, continuing until it was time to cool down and stretch.

Great workout, tailored to the class level because they choose the exercises. It was fun too!
