- Stomp off the front (beginning on the top) (3*):
(1) Turning hips toward left wall, rock step right on floor slightly lifting left foot
(2) Left foot on top
(3) Right foot on top
- L-step double-heel pump (8*):
(1) Step right on left corner
(2) 1/4 Hopturn (clockwise) to face left short end
(3) Left heel to floor
(4-5) Switch heels x2
(6) 1/4 Hopturn counter-clockwise to face front end
(7-8) Down-down left/right behind bench
- Options for "V up-up, jack in-out-in, knee, down-down (8)"

(1) Two-footed hop up into wide stance
(2-6) Jack in-out-in-out-in

- Power L-step:

(6) Switch left foot up, right foot extends in front of bench
(7-8) Down-down in front of bench turning to face right wall
- Jump squat from side approach facing left wall (4*)
(1) Two-footed jump landing right foot on left corner of bench and left foot on floor
(2) Squat down and up
(3-4) Walk left/right behind bench turning to face right corner of bench
- Step leap (4)
(1) Step right on bench
(2) Leap left onto bench while slightly extending right foot behind bench
(3-4) Down-down left/right behind bench
