Kick Butt Kickboxing
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16387)
Here are some simple combos:
- 2 Left cross knees, 2 jabs (right-left-right-left), 1 left cross knee, 1 right uppercut, left side kick, right cross punch
- Left knee, left front kick, left knee, right front, 2 pulsing squats, jab left-right-left-right
- Left knee, right front kick, 2 pulsing squats, 2 left cross knees, jab left-right, uppercut left-right
- 8 Right jabs forward, (rotate) 8 right jabs back, (rotate) 8 right jabs forward, 8 jumping jacks...then do sets of 4 and 2, then on the left side
- Right knee, left front kick, right side kick, left back kick
- 2 Squats to the right, right side kick, left knee--other way
Hope these work well for you!! If you need to take up more time, just hold the beginning moves and then add the rest on later :)
