I am a new Group X Instructor for 24Hour Fitness in Seattle, WA. I teach Power Sculpting and Aerobics 101, but am a little shy when it comes to choreography/step.
Now that I have been given the opportunity to teach an early morning Wednesday class (5:45am), I took some time to prepare some choreography to try out.
Here's my very first Step Combo that, since it's the first day of Spring, was named "The Butterfly". I sure hope they like it tomorrow! Let me know what you think, too!
I've practiced this a lot tonight and it flows together nicely. Can also be reversed so that the left can lead as well.
