Sitting abs

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 16390)

This is a simple little ab routine that can be used as an add-on to your own:

From a seated position, feet on floor, lean back as far as possible without straining back, arms extended in front (count 1), staying in the same position, move arms out to side (count 2), then ceiling (3), then back to front WITHOUT releasing abs (count 4)

From the same position, "do the twist" (upper body, arms at sides and slightly bent) for 4 counts, slowly returning to original position.

Repeat as many times as your participants can handle!
