Warm-up 5 - 8 minutes
- 2 Minutes seated climb (add resistance after 1 minute)
- 2 Minutes standing climb (add resistance after 1 minute)
- 2 Minutes jumps on a hill (add resistance after 1 minute)
- 1 Minute seated sprint
- 30 Seconds standing recovery
- 1 Minute seated sprint
- 30 Seconds standing recovery
Back to light resistance
- 2 Minutes seated climb (add resistance after 1 minute)
- 2 Minutes standing climb (add resistance after 1 minute)
- 2 Minutes jumps on a hill (add resistance after 1 minute)
- 1 Minute standing sprint
- 30 Seconds standing climb recovery
