Here's another fun and simple way to blast the calories. My class loved it! All explanations are below, and they all assume the right lead. I'll try to explain the moves as best I can, but feel free to email me with questions.
Assuming right lead:
* Hustle: 3 marches up (right/left), tap left, 3 marches back, tap right (you can also jog instead of walk and lift the knee instead of tapping the toe)
** Slow double step: counts 1-2 step out right into a squat and pulse twice, counts 3-4 step in with the left foot and hold 1 count, counts 5-6 step out right into a squat and pulse twice, counts 7-8 step in with the left foot and hold 1 count. Instead of holding the count, you can pulse with the feet together for an extra burn.
*** Grapevine-L: counts 1-4 grapevine right/left, counts 5-8 grapevine facing East wall left/right.
