Step-bootcamp style! 64 count, tapless, self-reversing

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 16397)

Recently, I've had to sub a bootcamp class a few times for another instructor. Since I'm not a big fan of teaching traditional bootcamp classes, I designed one 64 count tapless, self-reversing step combo with a lot of challenging bootcamp style moves. It also works great in a step interval class. Normally my classes have more choreography, but this one is an intense combo without a lot of fancy footwork. I hope someone out there can use it--it is definitely a heartrate booster! I've listed the number of counts per move in parentheses just beside each move.

  1. 7 Knee sculpting repeater (to the corners) x2 (32)
  2. 3 Side lunges (8) -first two counts are stepping up right/left onto the step
  3. 3 Popover squats (12)
  4. 1 More side lunge (2)
  5. Exit left/right (2)
  6. Basic x2 (8)
