Recently, I've had to sub a bootcamp class a few times for another instructor. Since I'm not a big fan of teaching traditional bootcamp classes, I designed one 64 count tapless, self-reversing step combo with a lot of challenging bootcamp style moves. It also works great in a step interval class. Normally my classes have more choreography, but this one is an intense combo without a lot of fancy footwork. I hope someone out there can use it--it is definitely a heartrate booster! I've listed the number of counts per move in parentheses just beside each move.
