This routine switches which foot you lead on, but my class felt as though they were very smooth transitions.
*Right Lead*
- 1 Lateral (4)
- Hop turn (4)
- 1 Lateral (4)
- Hop turn (4)
- Triple knee, corner to corner (16)
- L-step (8)
*Left Lead*
- Over the top, and back (8)
- Turnstep (4)
- Turnstep (4)
- Hop squat** (4)
- 1 Knee (4)
- Walk diagonal (4)
- Walk around bench (4)
*Right Lead*
- Triple hamstring, corner to corner (16)
Repeat this routine beginning with the left lead!!!
**Hop your feet apart and squat for 2 counts, hop up and bring your feet together and hop on your toes for 2 counts.
