This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 16399)
- (1-4) Grapevine right (4)
- (5-8) Kick ball change* X 2 with left foot facing right corner (4)
- (9-12) Hustle** forward starting on left foot to right corner
- (13-16) Hustle back starting on right foot
- (17-20) Gallop*** left ending in a hamstring curl and making a quarter turn to face the left wall
- (21-24) Gallop right ending in a hamstring curl and making a quarter turn to face the back wall
- (25-28) Gallop left ending in a hamstring curl and making a quarter turn to face the right wall
- (29-32) Gallop left ending in a hamstring curl and making a quarter turn back to starting position
Reverse routine starting with grapevine left
*Kick ball change consists of 3 distinct actions over two counts and can be started with any foot:
"1": Kick with the left foot
"And": Slightly push off the floor by the ball of the left boot by the right foot (partial weight transfer).
"2": Step with the right foot.
** March forward left, right, left (or start right) then lift right knee then march backward right, left, right then lift left knee
*** Moving sideways skip in double time so that you step right on "1" and step left on the "and" count
