Kick & Gallop

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 16399)

Reverse routine starting with grapevine left

*Kick ball change consists of 3 distinct actions over two counts and can be started with any foot:
"1": Kick with the left foot
"And": Slightly push off the floor by the ball of the left boot by the right foot (partial weight transfer).
"2": Step with the right foot.

** March forward left, right, left (or start right) then lift right knee then march backward right, left, right then lift left knee

*** Moving sideways skip in double time so that you step right on "1" and step left on the "and" count
