Nanc's Fun 16 count Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 16406)

We did this one last week, and it flowed really well. I'll break it down for you:

2 quick right jabs + left hook (4 counts total with the 2 jabs on 1 and 2 and the hook on 3--repeat 8-12 times)

Add a slip (bob and weave) to the left with a left uppercut (total of 8 counts with the 2 right jabs and left hook--repeat 8-12 times)

Then, add a 4-count shuffle to the left and then back to the right.

After they've got that, add a touch down to the shuffle--just tap the floor with the hand, so it requires a lunge.

Here we go: 2 fast right jabs, left hook (1-3), slip left, uppercut left (4-7), shuffle left with a right touch down (8-11), shuffle right with a left touch down (12-15), and stand up straight on 16 to start it all over again.

Modifications: step-touch instead of slip, walk three steps to the left or right instead of the shuffle, punch (cross) instead of touch down.
