Tid Bit's of a deadly Sprint!

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16447)

Hey Everyone,

This is just a quick Spinning tid bit. I like to do this a few times at the end of an intense ride before we go into our cool down!

We start with a good amount of resistance on the bike. We then do a seated all out sprint! Tell them to go until fatigue! This will be different for everyone.

As soon as they hit fatigue have them come out of the seat and climb. Normally people have been toping out at 1:30 minutes.

Climb out of the seat for 30 seconds - 1 minute

Do the sprint to fatigue again!!!

Repeat your active recovery climbing.

You can do this 1 - 2 more times!

A great way to end the ride!
