PAIN - Can't get enough!

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16450)

Hey Everyone!! I got a great mini ab routine for you! This should take about 15 - 20 minutes

You are going to need a mat and a medicine ball.

You are going to start by sitting on the mat. Lean back so the abs start to contract. While holding the medicine ball and keeping both arms extended, you are going to rotate to the right, then to the center, then to the lift, the lift the ball above your head and lower it in front of you. REPEAT 10X!

This exercise is done very slowly. Make sure you rotate at the waist.

Next come down on your back on the mat. Knees bent and hold the medicine ball our in front of you. Work on a set of basic crunches. As you come up bring the ball toward your knees. Do this 20X

After you do this set raise both feet up in the air and start with the medicine ball over your head (arms extended) crunch up and lift the ball toward your feet. Do this 20X

Next you are going to come back to a sitting position (lean back to contract abs). This is something fun I came up with!! You are going to draw the alphabet using your upper body. You can hold the medicine ball out in front of you if you want to challenge yourself!

To draw the alphabet you just move your upper body in the form of the letters. I like to do all capitals! This totally works! They will love to hate it =)
