Yup. you are gonna hurt tomorrow!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16452)

Here is an awesome Legs class that I just did. This is going to take about 15 - 20 minutes!

You will need a stability ball and a set of ankle weights!

Strap on the ankle weights and find a place along the wall of your aerobic room. You will need your ball with you. Hold the ball up against the wall and lean in. Place your forearms into the ball. You will be standing on an angle / diagonal. Start by doing calf raises. 50X (yup I said 50! Ouchie)

NEXT we are going to do walking lunges back and forth across the room!! For a total of 10 X

Find your ball and a place back on the wall for another set of calf raises! Another 50 will do! Oh they loved it when I had them do that!

Next find a place on the floor. Place both hands on the ball. Work on back leg raises. This is great because you are working on balance and working the butt at the same time! Do 20 on each side! REPEAT 2X
