About Face
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

This is my first submission so let me know if anything is not clear. My classes love this combo but it took a few times before they could do some of the moves.
Lead is on the right.
- Right hustle up / left kick (1-4)
- Left hustle back / right kick (5-8)
- If you want to add some direction changes, after you hustle up turn to the back of the room with the kick and on the hustle back turn to the front of the room with the kick.
- About Face (9-12)
- After the right kick take that foot and tap the toe behind, then put a heal in front, now cross the right leg over the left with the right toe pointing down and spin your entire body around to face the back of the room. I typically do this half time starting with the kick and ending with one wide step at tempo then the lead changes to the left and do that side at half time and repeat until they have it.
- Right wide step (13-16)
- Make this a jogging wide step if you want to increase intensity.
- Right knee up and back (17-20)
- This is a right knee turning to the right side of the room, and then do a right lunge and back to a right knee turning to the front of the room then put the right leg back down.
- Left knee up and back (20-24)
- Remain facing the left side of the room.
- Right Single/Single/Double Knees (25-32)
- Move to the left side of the room doing the single knees, and turn to the front of the room with the right side double knees.
Youre lead is now on the left.
