Master Class

I teach a class each Saturday morning which is called Cardio Sculpt. It allows me to mix things up each week. Like many of you, we have Master Classes on holidays in which several instructors take turns teaching their specialty. Well, I brought that idea to my Saturday class and taught it all myself. It got rave reviews, so I thought I would share.

The step combos are fairly basic. Most of the people who attend this class are not big steppers, so I try to keep it simple. You could always change the sculpting and/or step combos to your liking. You can also do 10 minutes of regular ab work instead of Pilates if that is not your thing.

Equipment needed: bench with risers, body bar or heavy weights, light weights, a mat

Hi Lo 15 minutes (anything/combos you want)

Body Sculpting 15 minutes

Step 15 minutes

Combo 1

Combo 2

Pilates 10 minutes

Stretch 5 minutes
