Combo 1
- (1-8) Single, single, double knee
- (9-12) Grapevine ending in a knee (turning to face left side)
- (13-16) Mambo cha cha cha travelling backwards (still facing left side)
- (17-20) Lunge backwards x2
- (21-24) V-step turning to face right side
- (25-28) Lunge backwards x2
- (29-32) V-step turning to face front
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-8) 3 walks to right corner and 3 repeater kick
- (9-12) Walk backwards (option: pony x2 backwards)
- (13-16) Hamstring curl x2
- (17-24) Baby mambo x3
- (25-32) Chasse x2
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-4) Side lunge x2
- (5-8) Double side lunge (option: (5) side lunge right, (6) switch so left leg is out to side, (7) switch again to right leg to side, (8) bring feet together)
- (9-10) Inner thigh lift left
- (11-12) Calf raise or jack
- (13-14) Inner thigh lift left
- (15-16) Calf raise or jack
