Hey Everyone! Here is a great spin ride I did this morning! Class loved it =) You are not going to change resistance too much during the ride. You can add more during the seated climbs!
- Seated climb ~ heavy resistance 1 minute
- Jumps ~ (4 or 8 counts) 2 minutes
- Loaded seated sprint ~ 1 minute
- Seated climb ~ heavy resistance 2 minutes
- Jumps ~ (4 or 8 counts) 2 minutes
- Loaded seated sprint ~ 1 minute
- Seated climb ~ heavy resistance 3 minutes
- Jumps ~ (4 or 8 counts) 2 minutes
- Loaded seated sprint ~ 1 minute
- Seated climb ~ heavy resistance 4 minutes
- Jumps ~ (4 or 8 counts) 2 minutes
- Loaded seated sprint ~ 1 minute
- Seated climb ~ heavy resistance 5 minutes
- Jumps ~ (4 or 8 counts) 2 minutes
- Loaded seated sprint ~ 1 minute
