This idea is taken from my "You Me and Baby" class. Arrange 8-10 steps in somewhat of a large circle. For a warm-up, moms carry babies as they travel around to each step. Everyone circles outside of steps in same direction. On each step, mom steps up with inside foot and lifts outside leg. Continue onto next step, going around circle for 1 minute. Then, reverse to the other direction. For safety, Moms are always encouraged to go at own pace, rather than trying to stay on beat.
