Add Intensity

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16470)

After short warm up with class facing you and on the spot...

Hamstring curls with power jump hand trying to push as much water forward as they can do for as many as you feel they want, then turn 1/4 , change move to cross county tuck, cross country ski with a tuck as you swap legs get them to touch their knees on tuck then turn 1/4, side kick, jumping from one leg to the other pushing both hands in opposite direction to legs, turn 1/4 rocking horse then reverse back through the moves turning back other way until you face front.

Knees up move forward breastroke arms don;'t put legs down move backwards straighten legs out paddle hands pushing water forwards. (option..feet on floor but do the arms)

Shoulders under punches taking arms across center of body keeping tummy tights and elbows close to side start slow get faster and faster.

Repeat the swim forward and back and arms again if want to.

4 jacks travel right (for them) long kicks touch toes (16)

Repeat left

Jump out of water lifting legs to front in V-shape touch toes - make sure lean very slightly forward to protect back. (option ..single kicks)

Still jumping lift legs to the side at same time arms long at side as they jump up bring them down to side. (option...single side kicks)

Once completed that section start from very beginning putting whole lot together...

Finally get some hand buoys and complete the whole lot with floats in hands making moves intense. (option ..no floats)

I finsih off with lengths of tuck jumps with floats in hands pushing them under water doing one length concentrating on height and the next one on how far they can travel in one jump.

Guaranteed to give all those that want a good hard work out their wish and those that dont want to get their hair wet .....you know the ones.... a fun class with lower options.
