- 1. Dani California by Red Hot Chili Peppers (4:40) - warm up
- 2. Life is a Highway by Rascal Flatts (4:37) - rolling hills. Start at a level 6 then take the resistance up to an 8, out of your saddle at a little quicker pace.
- 3. Million Ways to be Cruel by OK GO (3:26) - lifts out of the saddle.
- 4. Because of You by Kelly Clarkson (3:39) - seated climb. Level 7-10
- 5. Girl All the Bad Guys Want by Bowling For Soup (3:34) - rolling hills.
- 6. Sunglasses at Night by Corey Hart (5:20) - lifts with hover at the chorus.
- 7. You Spin Me Round by Billy Idol (4:27) - climb. Level 6-10
- 8. Jump by Madonna (3:58) - lifts when you hear "jump". I try to make a game out of it, with "punishments" for not listening. It really makes them concentrate. Usually, if someone misses a "jump", they have to hover for a specified amount of time.
- 9. One Girl Revolution by Superchick (3:12) - breathless. Climb for two minutes at an 8. For third and final minute, increase resistance and speed to get totally breathless.
- 10. Hole in the Head by Sugarbabes (3:38) - rolling hills. At "top" of hill, hover.
- 11. Steady as She Goes by Racontours (3:35) - climb. Level 7-9.
- 12. Hand that Feeds by Nine Inch Nails (3:38) - breathless.
- 13. Beauty in the Breakdown by Dido (4:31) - cooldown and stretching
- 14. Everlong (Acoustic) by Foo Fighters (4:11) - cooldown and stretching.
