- 1 Minute seated climb
- 2 Minute standing climb *add some hovers*
- Jump 2 minutes
- Sprint until fatigue
- 30 Seconds run
- 3 Minutes seated climb
- 4 Minutes standing climb *add some hovers*
- Jump 2 minutes
- Sprint until fatigue
- 30 Seconds run
- 5 Minutes seated climb
- 6 Minutes standing climb *add some hovers*
- Jump 2 minutes
- Sprint until fatigue
- 30 Seconds run
COOL DOWN & STRETCH!
All climbs are with HEAVY resistance!!! No whimps today!
Jumps can be done on an 8 or 4 count!
Heavy resistance with your sprints! Really push here!
