- 1. Agility drills- quick feet in and out, making sure to use each rung.
- A. 2 feet in each box
- B. Shuffle
- C. Karaoke
- D. Backpedal
- E. 2 feet in 1 foot out
- 2. Interval Circuit
- F. 60 Seconds- burpees
- G. 60 seconds - inverted plank
- H. 60 seconds BGGD
- I. 60 seconds plank
- J. 60 seconds mountain climb
- 3. Step/ plyometrics
- A. Side hops, on same side- 60 seconds
- B. 2 Step ups, jump down- 60 seconds
- C. Ski jumps- 60 seconds
- D. Lateral jumps- 60 seconds
- 4. Agility drills with dumbbells as cones
- A. Shuttle drills 60 seconds
- B. Run around dumbbells- agility 60 seconds
- C. Shuffle drill- 60 seconds
- D. Sprint to last cone & backpedal to second cone, sprint to last come; turn around and repeat.- 60 seconds
