Alicia's Basic Step

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 16480)

I am a Fitness Instructor in the Bahamas. Here is a routine that I had to come up with in order to graduate with my Associates Degree in Fitness and Nutrition. I love it and still use it to this day! (I have changed and few things here and there but still use the basics)

Part One

From the top, Part One, left leg

Part Two

From the top, Part Two, left leg

Can repeat entire routine again!

* Rocking horse: this is a turnstep with knee lift/hamstring curl/knee lift and then continue to turnstep, rocking horse of other side so on and so forth.

** Around the world: rhis is a single knee, stadle step, single knee on the back of the step, straddle other side and back to single knees to the front.

When you do your grapevine, be sure to stay close to the step and get ready to do the 3 leg repeaters.

Once you get to the hop turn, you can start right back into single knees other side.
