Killer Abs
This is an
Abs pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

This is a great exercise to finish with: after bicycles, knee hugs, and or jacknives. I call it my "dead bug" series.
- Lie on your back with your arms and legs extended up towards the ceiling, (the arms should be directly above your shoulders and legs directly above the hips)
- I count down from 5 as the student slowly lowers left arm and right leg toward the floor while keeping other leg and arm completely stationary (lower arm and leg to at least 6 inches off the floor)
- Then I count back up to 5 and the student slowly raises the arm & leg back to starting position.
- Do the same with the other side.
I do this about 8 times each side.
Then I do both arms and legs at the same time, make sure the low back stays on the floor (every student is different, some can only go to 45% on this exercise) this ab exercise is guaranteed to burn!!
Grab knees and squeeze into chest and stretch out back really good after this burner!
