Killer Abs

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 16483)

This is a great exercise to finish with: after bicycles, knee hugs, and or jacknives. I call it my "dead bug" series.

I do this about 8 times each side.

Then I do both arms and legs at the same time, make sure the low back stays on the floor (every student is different, some can only go to 45% on this exercise) this ab exercise is guaranteed to burn!!

Grab knees and squeeze into chest and stretch out back really good after this burner!
