A little of this and that
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16492)
I've been coming to this website for a few years taking a little of this and that from routines that are posted by all of you. I thought it was time to give a little something back ...
Assuming right lead this is a 4 part step routine.
Part I
- 1 Turn, face the back wall, grapevine left
- 2 Knees lifts off back of step - right foot on first
- 1 Knee hop, turn to the front (hop over step / kind of like a pivot)
- 3 Alternating knee lifts (right corner, left corner, right corner)
Part II
- L-step with a grapevine to left corner of step (1 knee, down grapevine)
- L-step with a grapevine to right corner of step
- 2 V-step right
- 1 X-step right
Part III
- 2 Knee repeater (or 1 kick, 1 ham curl) to left corner of step
- Walk around back of step to other side
- Up up and over
- 1 Knee left on left corner
- 3 Knee repeater to right corner
- 2 Basic right
Part IV
- 1 V-step right
- 1 Mambo on the floor with right foot
- 2 Knee repeater to the right corner of step
- Walk around back of step
- Up up and over
- 1 Knee left on right corner
- 3 Knee repeater on left corner
Now you are on your left leg and ready to repeat the routine on the left side.
Each part is 32 counts. Hope you enjoy - email with any questions!
