Body conditioning circuit

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 16496)

Sometimes I will set up a circuit in my body conditioning class for something a little different. This is also a great class if the instructor needs a day off!

There are many different options for exercises in a circuit class. The object is to make sure you hit all of the major muscle groups. I instruct the class by warming up together and then telling them to pick a station to start at (the stations are previously set up). Each exercise is around 3 minutes long, so you will be at each station for around 6 minutes. Then switch to the next staion. If there is time I will also do ABS at the end of class.

The job of the instructor is to motivate them because it gets hard!
