This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 16661)

I did this in class last week and even my strongest girls were "complaining", (which means they love it.)

Lay on your back with the stability ball between your feet. Hands go behind your head as if to do a crunch.

Put your feet straight up, above your hips (with the ball), now do a hip lift, (pressing straight up towards the ceiling). Slowly lower your hips, then legs until your feet are about 6" off the floor, hold there, now lift the upper body into a tight crunch,lower your upper body back down then repeat with the hip lift, etc. Your feet never touch the floor.

It will make a "rocking chair" effect. Do slowly!!!
