This is my first time doing this. Ok this is very simple and by put arms into to makes it the routine

Next change:
Final change with the legs only!!
With arms, when you are doing the leg curls, bring your hands up over your head and cross them over, giving the move a bit of flamingo! When doing the kick, bring your arms as back as possible. When doing the turnstep, use your shoulders, drop them side to sideas you cross over!
Hope you can understand this, my class feel very sexy when they give it a bit of an kick!!
