Combo 1:
- 4 Right mambos (16), arms do a figure 8
- March/run center (8)
- 4 Jacks (8), push ball overhead
- Repeat left lead
Combo 2:
- 4 Squat with right leg abduct (16)
- 4 Squat with left leg abduct (16)
Combo 3:
- 4 Squat with a double bounce of the ball on the way down (16)
- 4 Squat with a right knee (16), knee can also be a core twist
- Repeat left lead
Combo 4:
- 4 Knees up right/left (8), push ball out forward
- 4 Taps right/left (8), ball to opposite foot
- 4 Knees back right/left (8)
- 4 Taps right/left
Combo 5:
- 4 Right V's (16), stir the ball
- 4 Left V's (16), stir the ball
