Hey all! I love this website, it helps a lot, so I thought I'd add a workout, feel free to email me if you have any questions!
- Jab right (to the right side), cross left, jab right, clap.
- Add a right knee, so it's jab right, cross left, jab right, right knee (optional hop on left foot)
- Take it to the front, same combo. then take it 4x to the right, 4x to the front, then in 2, then singles.
- Hold front with this combo and add 2 more knees, so it's jab right, cross left, jab right, right knee, left knee, right knee.
- Change the left knee to a front kick, so it's jab right, cross left, jab right, right knee, left front kick, right knee
- Take it to just right knee left front kick. hold here for 8-16 counts. change the right knee to a back kick. so it's right back, left front
- Take it all to the left side!
