Hi all, here's my first posting. A nice self-reversing warm up pattern 64 counts in total. The first part describes the base moves used to create the final combination. The changes can be layered on one at a time with each repetition.

Base moves
- 3 Knee repeater (8 counts) right lead
- 3 Knee repeater (8 counts) left lead
- 4 X Hamstring curls on the floor face front (8 counts) right lead
- 4 X Single knee lifts on the floor face front (8 counts) right lead
- 3 X Basic steps (12 counts) right lead
- 1 X Knee lift (4 counts) right lead
- 3 Knee repeater (8 counts) left lead
- 3 Knee repeater (8 counts) right lead
Repeat on other side
Final combination
- L-step (8 counts) right lead
- L-step (8 counts) left lead
- 4 X Hamstring curls reverse rotating 2 on step, 2 on floor facing West, South, East,then North (8 counts) right lead
- 4 X Clockwise rotating hops on the floor (4 counts) right lead
- 4 X Counter-clockwise rotating hops on the floor (4 counts) left lead
- 2 X Rock step* (8 counts) right lead
- 1 X Reverse turn (4 counts) right lead
- 1 X Knee lift (4 counts) right lead
- Charleston (8 counts) left lead
- Charleston (8 counts) right lead
Repeat on other side

Right leg lead -
Step up with right foot (face West)count 1
Stomp floor left foot (face West) count 2
Straddle step with right foot (face West) count 3
Bring left foot over to join right foot (face South) count 4
To return home:
