- 8 Quick feet on bench
- 8 Jacks
- 8 Squats
- Repeat 3 X
1
- V-step 4 on right, V-step 4 on left
- Mambo cha cha for 4 (2 on each side)
- Repeat 6 x
2
- Lie on bench with weights, 8 chest flies, 8 chest presses
- Repeat 4 x
3
- Travel repeater knee right and left (option: vary the type of repeater knee you do)
- Jumping jacks (8) Repeat 6 x
- 4-Bicep curls with weights
- 8 Regular
- 8 Middle to top
- 8 Bottom to middle repeat 4 x
5
- Straddle jump knee right 4X, straddle knee left 4X
- Walk straddle jump back 4 X Do 6X

- Lie on bench skull crushers 8, pulse 8, 8
- Flies with arms cross over 4 X Repeat 4X
7-8
- Lunges around world, reverse direction other way Repeat 4 X
- 8-Ankle weights right: 16 side lifts, 16 arabesques, 16 ham curls Repeat 2X
- Then do left leg
- Walking lunges around the room
